To join WU ACM, just fill out this form. After doing this, you just need to find an officer to pay your dues to (only $5). If you just wish to join the mailing list and not become full-fledged member, you can put off paying dues until you change your mind.

⁺We need the 9-digit code on the magnetic strip of your WashU ID, not the 6 digit number printed on the front of your card. This will enable us to give you swipe access to the lounge and purchase cheap soda on debit. Students who were freshman before Fall of 2007, have their SSN on this card (except for international students). But everyone after that is assigned a unique, random number. You don't have to give us this number if you don't want the above facilities. But, for your security, we encrypt this number.
