The Baker research group (http://agave.wustl.edu/) in the Dept. of Biochemistry and Molecular Biophysics at Washington University School of Medicine St. Louis is currently seeking a Programmer. This position will help with the development of the APBS (http://apbs.sf.net/) and PDB2PQR (http://pdb2pqr.sf.net/) software packages for biomolecular electrostatics and other aspects of computational biophysics. Primary duties will include programming new features in C and Python, management of software releases, and help with bugs and other user issues. Prior experience in C or C++ programming is required; familiarity with scientific programming and/or numerical methods is highly desirable.
